Haniesah begins her culinary journey growing up in a rural village in Pahang. Growing up by the river, she watched her mother make and store salted fish sambal in her home.

Mama Cah Kitchen story behind homemade food company inspiration by Haniesah’s culinary love and her rural village life in Pahang, Malasia. Riverside location, helps her to serve customers experiences the best and delicious fresh salted fish sambal and other healthiest food snack as Granolas.
Haniesah makes her first sambal to sell. She uses the freshest salted fish and naturally preserves them in a jar, just like how her mother taught her. Little did she know, that jar of sambal would go a long way indeed.
Haniesah starts making sauces and granolas to sell in her home. At that time, she didn’t expect her food to become as popular as it did. But the people have spoken, and they wanted more!
Seeing his mother work hard in the kitchen, Adam joins to help her. Using his culinary skills, he begins to ‘cook up’ ways to market and sell more of his food. But they realised that something was missing, their business needed a brand, and so the name ‘Mama Cah Kitchen’ homemade food company was founded.
Mama Cah Kitchen was growing fast! So Adam recruited his brother Adrian to help with the business, and together they moved into a quaint commercial lot in Kuantan, Pahang.
Operating in a commercial lot meant many things to learn, and many tasks to do! But for the Mama Cah Kitchen family, it was a humbling experience to grow our business, and we welcomed any challenges as an opportunity.
No one really knows what the future will hold for our family. But we believe that our perseverance, hard work, and love for food will get us through event the worst of storms. So stay tuned for future updates, and keep enjoying our food!
