All the fresh fish being processed by the sea, dried and salted using the traditional way. The next thing you know, the fishes are perfectly salted, dried out and ready to be cooked by us. There is nowhere in the world you can have salted fish fresher than this!
Growing up by the seaside, I can see today that very little numbers of people who are expert in processing fresh salted fish. Most of them are old fishermen who dried the fishes to make sure it didn’t go bad.
Hunting for fresh salted fish is not an easy journey. We went high and low, searching and sample testing every single local supplier in town to make sure we provide nothing but the best for our end consumers. We even work with the fisherman to make sure they produce a fresh salted fish as how we would process it.
And the result? We received exponentially great feedback from our customers about our homemade sambal sauce, telling us the exact same thing “we never tasted salted fish sambal as good as Mama Cah kitchen!” True, we are overwhelmed!
