- Aglio olio sauce
- 15/20 shrimp, peeled
- Pinch chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

- Add aglio alio sauce (oil only) to skillet and heat until medium-high heat. Add shrimp shells and cook until oil is slightly infused with its taste, remove shells. Add shrimp and cook, tossing and stirring constantly until shrimp are cooked through, about 2 minutes.
- Add little water to deglaze pan. Then add 2 or 3 tablespoon aglio olio sauce (without oil) and stir until aromatic. Season to taste with salt.
- Toss chili flakes and parsley and toss to combine. Plate and serve immediately.
